Yes they may ask in court , you can decide on the answer in court , but do reply to the current query with a suitable reply that says little or nothing

The gateway is only used to read the case status thus far , if the defence and DQ are emailed , it's no longer of any use

" please be aware the the above questions will be put to you during cross- examination at the hearing you should be aware that during cross- examination you are required to answer the questions truthfully, or risk contempt of court"

These are the exact words quoted on the letter.

Hi.. Thankyou for that. Agree the scope is very wide who can and cannot drive my car. I guess they try every avenue they can to admit who was driving.Thanks

If the letter was from a firm of solicitors, not a DCA, then, imo, it is a threat and should/must be reported to the SRA .  Whose name is on the letterhead DCB Limited or DCB Legal?
