Read what I said , use one of those replies , reply back to the legals , not the government gateway !!

Myself , plus thousands of other people are insured to drive the car , not just family members
Yes they may ask in court , you can decide on the answer in court , but do reply to the current query with a suitable reply that says little or nothing
The gateway is only used to read the case status thus far , if the defence and DQ are emailed , it's no longer of any use3 -

If the letter was from a firm of solicitors, not a DCA, then, imo, it is a threat and should/must be reported to the SRA . Whose name is on the letterhead DCB Limited or DCB Legal?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
