Keep jumping through all the hoops, then see how far they progress with it. All you can do now, but I've yet to see a Highview case get as far as a full blown hearing.

Yes im just going with the flow. Reading the threads step by step, its becoming more of a chore now. All we can do is sit and wait. Not giving up now iv come this far. Nothing but bullies 😡

Hi. I have now recieved the place where my hearing will be so i am now starting on my WS. I wrote a few notes down just need to set them out so they flow..  Along with phitographs i have taken My statement is the fact i dont know who was driving 3_ 4 others having access. Would i need to provide the insurance details of these people from 2016? ( i have been reading the forum but cannot seem to find related to this). TIA 🙂

It will help if you can show your insurance as an exhibit, yet, and of course explain about the PCN being non-POFA and the fact Highview can't hold keepers liable.

Add those facts to the example posted by @jrhys and also add as exhibits the two transcripts I wrote a thread about in June, about the added false 'costs'.  Look at my Discussions in my profile and click on the one about Recorder Cohen QC.

Now there is an important task to do in August: 

The final Government Consultation into the level of parking charges, discounts, false ‘debt recovery add-ons’ (that no PPC actually pays)...

...and the Appeals Charter - that should IMHO result in full cancellations not enrich the PPCs by £20 or more because it would just encourage spurious PCNs that should never be issued...

This forum’s regulars are encouraging email submissions with evidence and photos, letters attached to illustrate what happened to you and why you are answering the way you are.

Please tell your family and friends to encourage colleagues who have had these spurious PCNs and claims to email their evidence to the MHCLG as shown in the Consultation and not just do the tick boxes. 

The Government want evidence - victims must give it to them.  

DON’T MISS IT.

The proposal to actually ALLOW debt recovery enhancements that the PPCs don't actually pay will drive MILLIONS of old and new cases to court and is appallingly naive. 

I didn't think we'd see that from the MHCLG and we need to respond to that section to point out what will really happen.

I have read through the forum, just struggled to find anything specific to what i needed to say regarding the possibility of 3 maybe 4 more drivers!!!.. And i will defo email the above. Your witness statement is in support of your defence as already filed and should back up and support what you stated.  Therefore, if you claimed there were 3 or more people insured to drive the vehicle, that is what your WS should say, along with the evidence to prove it.

Thankyou. I dont really have anything else  to add. As i dont remember that day at all. And yes potentially 4 people had access to drive. Thats all i can say although i have taken pictures of the carpark so i will be including these aswell. Thanks
