I had to top the car up with a bit of fuel, I'd got it on the To Do List when I'd taken my car to the MoT garage, but, after it failed, that'd gone out of the window.... so I just did it.
7am, roads are virtually deserted. There was a small tumble of chavs in hoodies tumbling out of the Tesco Express door, probably early/first doors people who'd gone when they opened for something..
Garage, me + 2 others, I took the "pay at pump" option and used wipes to hold the nozzle. I could use that today as it was quiet/there was no queue, so I didn't have that urgency of cracking on and doing it, but could think/read what to do and achieve it.
Then home again. Sainsbury's (where the fuel station is) was open, no crowds or anybody noticeably crowding. There were 1-2 cars going into the car park, but that was it. It is one of the main superstores, so would be one of the busiest around.
It's pretty much silent out there - and I live on some quite major, normally fully congested, through roads. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Not sure if my hands will be able to still do it, if they can it certainly won't be at the same speed but I'll give it a good go.DH wasn't impressed, asking how we're supposed to move house with it. I don't really care if she's being productive. We didn't exchange contracts yesterday. Apparently everyone is ready but our buyer's solicitor wasn't answering the phone to anyone. The nail biting continues.Question is, do we start packing/moving? I've developed a terrible superstition that if I even start, we won't move. We'll end up under massive pressure if we don't, though. For a bit of change, I wanted to rent somewhere nearer to DD's school (11 miles away!) to make her life easier and within walking distance of a gym to cut the number of excuses I can find to go. That worked out well! The house is tiny because it's in an affluent area of Birmingham. We could have picked a massive house in a field. This happens to belong to a friend, though, and so it means we don't have to sign until we actually exchange. I won't have time to sign for anything else.
Read more books
Do some crochet
Finally, maybe, write that book.
Oh and try to stop parents from going out, it's more dad really and we have had some success whilst I was still going out and about for work (picking up bits and pieces for them, his paper, reminding them to keep distance from others etc) but without supervision/reminders, they will probably carry on as before. They also need help, something both me and middle son do...mine is more the non physical assistance, financial/sorting out of things type of stuff but middle son will do the more physical stuff that they can't manage anymore.
This will hit them hard, mum especially. She relies on having contact and goes into a low mood if I have to stay away for just a couple of days when I have a cold and dad will convince himself he can still do things and will then hurt himself/make himself ill trying to do them, so I am in a real quandary when it comes to them, I want to protect them by not going around but at the same time staying away could also be risky for them.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

There's one next door at the new house but it's full of rubble already.Better to take a little time over it.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I've just found out that Vera Lynn is now self-isolating!The problem is that I need to take very high doses of omega 3 and this time it is going to have to come from fish oils. Last time it was flax seed oil. I can't take flax seed oil now because it upsets my stomach.Vitamin A in large doses is toxic.6 -

Don't quote, will delete.
It's like Piccadilly Circus..... endless people traipsing in/out of the kitchen. 30 mins breakfast, then general walking about and rustling and in/out ... for 1 hour. Then The Wanderer went out. Great, I can sneak in and shove my stuff in the washing machine, so as to never cross paths.
I put the washing on.... 15 minutes later the secret hidden visitor's in there rustling. Then s0ds off. Great.
No ... The Wanderer back, with bf, coffee, discussing personal/mortgage details and problems.... 20 minutes. They've now left again.
Social distancing.... at its worst.

Or a harp. Or even the ultimate. A full set of orchestral tympani.

The doctor thought that the hospital might have some of the right sort but he couldn't get through to the store so we ordered some online and it arrived about 10 minutes ago. So that is one less thing for the depression gnome to get hold of and worry about.5
