Hehe, I know I used to be able to crochet but I'm not sure my skills are quite good enough for things like that...I'll give it a go though thanks.

My aim/goal, by the end of this crisis (or at least when we can come out of hibernation), is to make a blanket big enough to cover my double bed. Right now however, I'm trying to remember what to do, think I may have to visit YouTube for a reminder....

Been writing my diary.

Told to do it by the local crisis team.  They thought it might help. Did it last time. It didn't. 

Am tempted to write the whole of next month's as well tomorrow.  They are going to excommunicate me anyway because of what we have done.

Our niece was due to get married in May in New York. None of us from the UK, including her parents, were going to be able to attend anyway, so they've brought it forward to this coming Monday. Good for them! They are broadcasting it on Skype, so we can watch. I always think these shindigs are a total waste of money.

You're right... if it's not 5 miles away and you can drive round there .... and it's informal .... it's best to come up with an early excuse why you can't make it and stick to it.
