Competition may be from people yet to sell, etc. Hope it looks okay when you view.
What is the circle in the photo above? The one near the sea?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?7 -

I’m afraid that I checked on the map. It’s a paddling pool, so it’s much better than a heliport, which would be noisy. It looks delightful round there, and the extra floor will provide room for hobbies etc.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?7

It's probably not that big when you get in there. Ceilings are textured, but not overly so. Bathroom's quite old, kitchen's at least 10 years old but looks passable in the photo (don't they all).
Layout is a bit strange (e.g. the bathroom).
I'd want to:
1/ Take the wall out kitchen to lounge, so it's a breakfast bar. There's a couple of electrical sockets and a radiator on that wall (hob's on opposite side, sink's on the other side).
2/ Bung a bit of a sunroom on the back with patio doors of some sort.
3/ Make the outside accessible store and inside store.
4/ Fiddle with the bathroom/fittings, the tap is one of those 1990s jobs that's got a shower head that rests on a cradle like an old telephone receiver (not that there's any form of shower curtain or protection evident). The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower squeezed in.
5/ Toss a bit of flooring here and there as that's probably all old/dated/shabby/grubby.

Hope you're as well as can be.
I'm doing relatively ok thanks
Though I had some bad news a few weeks ago - 'it' had found its way into my brainHowever, that was discovered in a scan rather than because it was bothering me and I had targeted radiotherapy last week. Currently feel a bit like I'm on a boat but otherwise not too bad (fingers very much crossed). Obviously all scary stuff but its really quite fascinating how well I feel considering.

The two stores upstairs by bedroom one might make an en-suite shower room.(I just lurve spiders!)
