It's good to be aware/cautious though. They DO walk among us.(I just lurve spiders!)

Found the next "possibly the one".... not what I was looking for, but it'd do.
EDITED OUT as I decided against it.

I can't decide if I like it "enough" to bear the fact it's a house

It's a good size PN and you get your utility/craft area (maybe). I quite like the sound of charcoal render. My first ever house had diarrhoea coloured render, so I think you are getting off lightly. In other news I too went to the dentist today. Was hoping for a filling but ended up having my last remaining wisdom tooth removed. It's never reassuring when your dentist saws "I'm going to go straight to the forceps on this one". How have I now got mega tooth ache when I no longer had a tooth? Oh yes, I know. I've had a dentist and his forceps hanging from my jaw. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I've been up most of the night, "torn" between it being available/affordable and in the right place -v- continuing to perpetually wait for a unicorn to come onto the market.

You’re getting a lot of house for the money, and those ex-council houses are very well-built and roomy, with good garden sizes.
The proximity to the chippy must surely add £10k to the price!(I just lurve spiders!)

Got up early and did a drive by (well, it's a Close, so up, turn and out). Then I waited for the agent's office to open... went in to arrange a viewing.. and have arranged to see it later today, straight after a viewing they'd already got booked in.
*sighs*
Might be competition then. It is a good price, a fair price.
Just checked last one sold, that went on 7 June last year and had sold in under 2 weeks (on at £300k, sold £297k).7 -
