Good luck to anyone hoping to renovate that wreck for £160K.  Build costs start at about £2000 per square metre now so that is easily a £400K  renovation.

I did have a chuckle at that £160K. Maybe in 1990 that would be realistic.

Spotted. Not where I expected the homeowner to appear given ... other things in the house. 

Another nice house at a price that I would offer full asking for tomorrow if it was in my area.

Funny looking bungalow.

Weird  - blurb says 'all on one level' and there's only a floor plan of the ground floor, yet clearly there are dormer windows showing. On streetview the windows have curtains and plants. Can't see the garage either.

Don't see a staircase on the floor plan, so it might be a possibility.

So upstairs is a separate property.  This is a "LOWER FLOOR FLAT.

Cheeky of the agent to describe it as a detached villa.

Comparing the floorplan with the photos shows the left hand wing is not included, so the other property is the left hand wing and the rooms in the roof.

A very unusual split, I would much prefer it were a simple semi detached property.  I bet the deeds are a little complicated.
