Interior isn't bad either- look at those windows, high ceilings and that wonderful floor! I'd have loved that in my 'batchelette pad' days. Wouldn't care about the lack of parking.

I am used to living somewhere you can get a 5 bedroom detached with double garage for that.

I have this image in my head of the previous owners lugging home this giant pot of white paint from B&Q because it was a bargain. I'd be scared to break wind in that house in case it left a discoloured patch on the wall. 

Having said that, if that property was available for that price in my target area, I'd be making a full asking price offer tomorrow morning. Seriously.
