if you look at the floor plan, it shows a "kitchen". The sink appears to be where the four ring hob is marked.

Thanks, having enlarged the kitchen photo I can just see the sink. I had thought it was an induction hob. Presumably no hob then. Though it would be possible to buy a small free-standing one and add it to the pile of appliances on the opposite worktop.

There is a mini oven with a built in hob on the top (next to the mini fridge). Don't know if electrical items are included in the sale.. If not, probably best to go with a microwave & a two ring induction.

Wow. That is like a museum.

I would not be able to bring myself to change it, but I definitely would not be able to live with it.

Which begs the question, where is the hob or Oven?    Microwave cooking or takeaway meals only?

I thought a night kitchen was a small area with enough room to make yourself a horlicks or camomile before bed. Clearly this is a posh version.
