Love the big windows and features of this house. But that light fitting in the bedroom would give me nightmares about giant spiders!

About the only good thing I can see is at least the steel beams (no doubt fitted without building regs yet) are exposed and ready for building control to inspect when you want to regularise that.
But in that stripped back state, I can't imagine the house is mortgagable.0 -

Playing tetris with their vehicles in the back (?) garden. Some people like the exposed industrial look, I went to a wedding recently and the decoration around the ceremony was scaffolding with a few flowers tied to it.
