And carpet outside... There is also a big fish pond if you want to keep something a bit bigger than goldfish (sharks maybe).

The big question though, is  what the local council will actually allow him to do with it. re: planning permission.

I think some of us are showing our age! I got it straight away.

I know the song and the group - but I still don't see how the term sanctuary  was prompted by the Guardian report.
Unless by quite some stretch ,  a business space is some kind of sanctuary , I suppose.
Oh well, let's move on.

The pun was about The Cult, as you say, but was prompted by something about the whole business vis a vis 'we help entrepreneurs for free' not seeming quite right.  No apparent objective; no apparent source of income; missing information and broken website link; photogenic young ladies all over the place...  Perhaps I'm a cynic.  

Anyway, back to houses!

Considering what £1.6 million buys you in the rest of the country that's not bad value. Then I think of maintenance, filling it with all that nice furniture, heating it, maintaining it etc etc and perhaps not so much of a bargain. #tinhelmeton# and you have to live in Lincolnshire....
