Needs a clean, doesn't it. I'm a little concerned by the agent's breeziness regarding the survey: 'och no, you don't want one of those, scrape the **** out and she's braw...'. Might be nice to know whether the building is sound before committing. One wonders what the history of the place is. It's clearly uninhabitable but there are signs of occupation - use for storage at least.

Something I discovered a while back for those sorts of "removed" properties , if you click on any of the whited out pictures they will still then show up clear to view
