Obligatory "at least the neighbours should be quiet" comment. They're both nice buildings, but a shame there's no piccies of the inside. I assumed it was due to the water damage but then it sounds as though the EA has had a walk through so not sure what to make of that. Might not be as bad as I'm thinking?lea_uk said:Both are being sold by Northumberland County Council.

I'll get my coat!If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales3 -
i was thinking of a little light-hearted flippancy along those lines too, but realized it would have been a grave error. Agree regarding the lack of interior photos, although the particulars specify that each bathroom has a double vanity unit, his and hearse, however lack of mains sewerage results in all waste being collected in a septic tank six feet under the back garden. A restrictive covenant prohibits the use of blinds, so for windows it's curtains. It will be necessary for the buyer to undertake a full renovation. All enquiries are to be passed on to the council.BlueVeranda said:

The lease isn't the only thing that's expired recently, and you need to cross a busy road to get to the other side.
I helped the previous owners move in, lovely couple but really heavy suitcases. It was tough enough getting Alfred's upstairs, but I nearly did my back pushing up Daisy's.

At least the Hulk is still green there (pic 12) , Even if he was originally grey in his first few appearances in the comics.Grizebeck said:So grey and looks odd /wonky on the outside

But the (green) grass is fake. and an abomination.Outdoor carpet. And not really much point in having a hosepipe to water in.Another pointless accessory - A stack of logs, but no fire.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
