I would happily buy this in a heartbeat if I was rich, but I'm extremely surprised that whoever checks these things over at Savills before they go online didn't spot the tapestry/cross-stitch on the chimney breast in the cottage!  Can anyone make out the other one with the reflection from the window?

Blimey! How bizarre  is that (had to look quite carefully though to make it out) would be unexpected anywhere let alone a Cecil Beaton inspired house.
I think the reflected one has the same two syllable word at the end but can't make out the first part
