Oxon said: I think the home gym would be needed to burn off the calories from all that wine. Also why are there two offices off the bedroom?
The rooms are "internal rooms" only accessed via another room, so can't be called bedrooms (or any other habitable room) due to fire safety rules in the Building Regulations - they're actually not even suitable for use as offices, only as dressing rooms or storerooms.
P may be OA but we can assume it's well north of £2m by its position on Rightmove in price order.
Doesn't seem to stop Estate Agents advertising them eg  "bedroom 3 " here:

I particularly like the Eau de Grease headboard in picture 8. 😷
The whole house has a grotty horrible feel too it.

You would have thought that for the best part of half a million quid that the vendor might have had a bit of a tidy up and clean.

The washing hanging in the bath sets a lovely scene as well!
    Esp the boxers!

Just horrendous. Almost as if someone bought it as a project and then changed their mind.
I think there is no chance of the sold price starting with a 4. Even at £350k I wouldn't be interested, the layout sucks.
Oh it will likely sell for  400K + if not near the asking price. This is the London market.
Though the layout will need a builder/developer to spend a few thousands specially  if they can reconfigure it to move the bathroom upstairs and extend the kitchen space to then end up with  a 500k+ house.

It went up online yesterday, and this morning, shortly after the sign went up, I spotted a young couple with a child loitering outside. Needs a lot doing, think they're a tad optimistic on the asking price. Even with the great back garden and good local primary school about 2 minutes walk away. Shame the back extension has a flat roof - our flat roof didn't bother us as we had the extension demolished to make kitchen bigger (the extension was for a morning rooom, I guess you'd call it). Plus we got rid of the garage to make a utility room, with a front to back bedroom on top of it all. The house above really has potential, but it does need a lot doing to it. At least it has a new roof! (about 3 or 4 years ago I think)
That caravan is not going anywhere in a hurry. It looks like it was put there before the garage was built and now it's stuck.
It'll probably go through the garage, the doors appear to have opening sections above
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Love this quirky one. Got a bit of a funky ceiling in one of the bedrooms.

When will the fascination with grey and black wear off?  Maybe the owners of this property have tried too hard and failed miserably:

The frightening thing is, if you search for similarly priced property in the area, they all have exactly the same ghastly decor. Stepford Wives has come true in that part of Brentwood.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

It's too much for me. Thank goodness for the red roses on pic 4 and whatever that blue thing is in pic 12.

Would like a study to be done on amount of white/grey/black decor and is there any correlation between decor of these colours and mental health issues?

Edit found the property on Streetview and found what it looked like in Jan 2009 https://www.google.com/maps/@51.626187,0.350553,3a,75y,207.19h,94.66t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1suYk9L7iZmfbQ3WK9k96cEg!2e0!5s20090101T000000!7i13312!8i6656.
