I commend the bathroom in this one!!!

It went up online yesterday, and this morning, shortly after the sign went up, I spotted a young couple with a child loitering outside. Needs a lot doing, think they're a tad optimistic on the asking price. Even with the great back garden and good local primary school about 2 minutes walk away. Shame the back extension has a flat roof - our flat roof didn't bother us as we had the extension demolished to make kitchen bigger (the extension was for a morning rooom, I guess you'd call it). Plus we got rid of the garage to make a utility room, with a front to back bedroom on top of it all. The house above really has potential, but it does need a lot doing to it. At least it has a new roof! (about 3 or 4 years ago I think)6 -

Not much to keep in the rest of the house. It needs gutting back to the bare bones and starting again!1 -
