Could be useful for quarantining though?daivid said:
If it were in my garden it would leave sharpish. In pieces admittedly. Even if it wasn't blocked in I doubt it would tow, best case would be dragging it onto a trailer. The bathroom suite is fantastic (or should that be tantastic? - I'll get my coat...) but I suspect keeping it might be more hassle than its worthProDave said:That caravan is not going anywhere in a hurry. It looks like it was put there before the garage was built and now it's stuck.

Doesn't seem to stop Estate Agents advertising them eg "bedroom 3 " here:Owain_Moneysaver said:
The rooms are "internal rooms" only accessed via another room, so can't be called bedrooms (or any other habitable room) due to fire safety rules in the Building Regulations - they're actually not even suitable for use as offices, only as dressing rooms or storerooms.Oxon said: I think the home gym would be needed to burn off the calories from all that wine. Also why are there two offices off the bedroom?
P may be OA but we can assume it's well north of £2m by its position on Rightmove in price order.

Not quite as bad as a bathroom off a bedroom though, and the only bathroom in the house at that.od244051 said:

Won't be the same (if any) building regulations applying to that much older example though.Patr100 said:

You would have thought that for the best part of half a million quid that the vendor might have had a bit of a tidy up and clean.
The washing hanging in the bath sets a lovely scene as well!2 -
Just horrendous. Almost as if someone bought it as a project and then changed their mind.
I think there is no chance of the sold price starting with a 4. Even at £350k I wouldn't be interested, the layout sucks.0
