Also did the vendors take the photos? The quality isn't bad but some pointless compositions. The running water shot you highlighted, and 'space for a clothes rail' and 'ventilation system' (opening windows).

Non-Londoners may still wince at the price , but for the area, this "Unique Style Property" has a relatively much lower asking price compared with the rest of the road and area.
Mostly I think because it doesn't actually have a front door - but a side path to the garden and back doors.
