The rooms are "internal rooms" only accessed via another room, so can't be called bedrooms (or any other habitable room) due to fire safety rules in the Building Regulations - they're actually not even suitable for use as offices, only as dressing rooms or storerooms.Oxon said: I think the home gym would be needed to burn off the calories from all that wine.
