Looks great, but they could have done a much better job with the description. So much there, but the words are a bit of a mess

I'd love to know what went wrong here. As well as the windows, look where the doorbell has been placed.
I suppose one has to assume the windows are on the side of the house and the mock window tax fill-ins are to break the monotony. They look very cheaply done. Without knowing the reason it looks totally unnecessary.
Ugly frontage of the year contender.

Odd that there are 2 lots of gas & electric meters.  Change in plan done badly?

Could that be a semi, with the other front door round the left of the building?  Can just see a wheelie bin on the edge of the photo, which seems to be in line with another access path.

I’ve been trying to find a listing for this property, finally found one.
Flat next door to that infamous flat https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/125599835#/?channel=RES_BUY
Aagh - Jack and Jill bathroom.  Absolutely not - it must be like having a wee in a through corridor!
I'm more distracted by the bathroom/kitchen. Is that really a toilet, microwave and some kind of pressure cooker in the same room?

You're right.  Washing machine and tumble dryer are fine, but no need to have cooking equipment in there as well - there's plenty of worktop space in the kitchen.  Not keen on the one door set up between the kitchen and the loo, either.

When we were planning our new kitchen the chappie said we would have much more room if we knocked through the kitchen and utility, making one large room.  When I pointed out that would mean direct access from the kitchen to the cloakroom, he said that was fine as the requirement to have at least 2 doors between kitchens and loos had been lifted......

Kept the utility room - with its washer, tumble dryer, kitty litter tray and access to the downstairs loo - separate.

My feelings too.  I think they are avoiding the long walk to make breakfast in a potentially unheated large space of kitchen/diner/sitting room.
