When we were planning our new kitchen the chappie said we would have much more room if we knocked through the kitchen and utility, making one large room. When I pointed out that would mean direct access from the kitchen to the cloakroom, he said that was fine as the requirement to have at least 2 doors between kitchens and loos had been lifted......
Kept the utility room - with its washer, tumble dryer, kitty litter tray and access to the downstairs loo - separate.1 -
