Tried to get my head around £8000 per square meter. And in need of a total refurb bringing it to £9000 psm. In an area of London that I have always thought of as a total cesspit (yes I know "gentrification, lovvie"). 

Tried and failed.

The skill in the conversion is making it seem as if it was always there...

It's another dodgy Photoshop, not dodgy brickwork. Look at the upstairs and downstairs window - they have the same reflections and everything. Can't work out what the EA were trying to hide. The same house is listed with another agent and looks pretty innocuous. Curious!
