Be good in a bungalow but I don't think I would like one in an upstairs bathroom, especially if it wasn't a solid floor, because you have to carry heavy wet wash down to hang out. Utilities are great.0

But, yes, much prefer my utility room, with its washer, dryer, kitty litter tray and sink for washing mucky/garden stuff.1 -
