I would love to see the before pictures. It looks like the kitchen sitting room was three small rooms but it’s on the first floor so I wouldn’t have thought that can be right. Looks like they created a bedroom at the back by adding a bed to the bathroom. Anyway quite a lot of money for a flat with no actual bathrooms.

Beautiful but odd! I'm not sure of the wisdom of having a bath and a sink in a bedroom but no WC, especially as it's upstairs. I love the light and the aspect, and to get some tiny outside space in the middle of London is a winner, however it all seems more style over substance. It's a shame.

In fact she was quite scathing of the work they were doing and wasn’t optimistic they would double their money, but I guess if you wait long enough house prices do eventually catch up.
Now on the market for 2.3m, already reduced from 2.5m after only 2 weeks on the market.
Particular attention to picture 4, the small back garden containing a swimming pool that looks to be the width of the slide. Could be a re purposed duck pond.
It's not often that I actively dislike a house (each to their own and so on) but this seems cold and unuser-friendly. Perhaps I'm just old, but I want to feel at home in my home. This would be a great corporate house for the wining and dining of wealthy clients.

It looks like something you would find in California.0

Have to say that's one of the most souless houses I've ever seen.1 -

Last pic - I guess I can kind of see the reasoning behind combining your utility room with downstairs loo, I know in some countries its normal to have your washing machine in the bathroom. But I think I'd draw the line at having the microwave in there too!2 -

But I think I'd draw the line at having the microwave in there too!We keep an '80s microwave for sterilising soil and compost, and we'd not want that old thing in our kitchen! In the house in question, the microwave is just a step or two from the kitchen with not a lot of worktop space due to 4 doors, so it's a logical place to put it.1 -
