I can't comment on the house - I'm too exhausted, but I spotted the dog!kev_pecker said:I wouldn't know where to start describing this place, luckily the owner has done it for me;'The house was conceived 10 years ago, almost to this very moment in time, and it is probably only now ready to be fully appreciated, by society today, as to what it is all about. Today, a lot of what is within this property is either unaffordable, unobtainable, or both.'
There was a dog?
Oh no, missed it!

This feels like a prime example of why most sellers shouldn't put together their own listings. Who's even got time to click through 124 terrible photos...kev_pecker said:I wouldn't know where to start describing this place, luckily the owner has done it for me;'The house was conceived 10 years ago, almost to this very moment in time, and it is probably only now ready to be fully appreciated, by society today, as to what it is all about. Seen plenty Bristle in my time! Anyway, dogs don't count if they're not in the property or its grounds.

It'd almost be worth booking a viewing to see what the vendor is like in person wouldn't it?

The description now runs to (I'm guessing) a few thousand words, all in minute and superfluous detail. I looked at streetview, and it's on a typical suburban road of semi-detached houses, not an area I'd associate with Bohemian decor0

Indeed! The more I read the stranger and more unnecessary it is! A paragraph on why the walls have been painted green, with quotes from a "colour expert"?! I mean there is a lot that is exceptional about the place (not necessarily in a good way) but the fact that they've put some green paint on the walls isn't one of them.julicorn said:

This has to be the most desperate marketing bilge. Worthy of a Private Eye spoof - or it must have been produced by AI gone awry .
The interior with its mix of angles and jarring shapes/textures is far from smoothing. I couldn't get through the photos let alone contemplate living there.4 -
Certainly needs renovation, but...

Unsure why there are bars on the windows, but I rather like it other than that. It'd take some money but it could be lovelyManuelG said:Certainly needs renovation, but...

Looking at Rightmove previously sold prices, I don't think this is their first property on the street..
