    There's some wonderful and interesting architecture in Glasgow and it isn't all important buildings or expensive houses.

    I wouldn't know where to start describing this place, luckily the owner has done it for me;
    'The house was conceived 10 years ago, almost to this very moment in time, and it is probably only now ready to be fully appreciated, by society today, as to what it is all about. Today, a lot of what is within this property is either unaffordable, unobtainable, or both.'

    I can't comment on the house - I'm too exhausted, but I spotted the dog!

    I agree!  My own internal point was that the 'sooth side' hasn't always been appreciated by those of us cemented in the west end of the city. Recently I did a wee tour of Holmwood House, another tucked away gem of a building. The west end 'ish has great big enormous and stunning tenement flats, I sold my inherited one last year. Despite its beauty I never want to live in one.

    Dear me! Not sure it really needed 105 (mainly mediocre) pics and the description is dire!

    A lot of the pictures are a bit weird too! Perhaps the photographer was trying to be arty (same person who wrote the description maybe?!) but I struggled to tell what some of them actually were showing. And, cute as the dog is, unless he/ she comes with the house I'm not sure why pictures of them are included! I mean, I love spotting a dog that has wandered into shot, but portrait-style pictures of the owner's dog out for a walk (eg pic 100) are an odd thing to include.

    Knowing that area quite well, I shall assume  that Henbury church, Blaise Folly/castle and part of the Blaise estate is not included in the sale along with the dog.
    I can well imagine the only person that finds that appealing is the person selling

    This feels like a prime example of why most sellers shouldn't put together their own listings. Who's even got time to click through 124 terrible photos, and read the essay describing the place? Makes you wish Rightmove had a character limit & photo limit.
