Nothing too unsual about this property except for the fact it's been on the market for 4 YEARS!

That garden room/bungalow is part of the same property. It's located in the garden of the main property which is now 4 flats. The planning history of this address makes interesting reading. https://pa.bristol.gov.uk/online-applications/propertyDetails.do?activeTab=relatedCases&keyVal=P3OAVBDN0YN00 is just one of numerous applications for this site. It's been marketed by virtually every estate agent in this part of Bristol over the past years. My friend and I actually went inside during construction. It is completely bonkers.Doozergirl said:

This feels like a prime example of why most sellers shouldn't put together their own listings. Who's even got time to click through 124 terrible photos, and read the essay describing the place? Makes you wish Rightmove had a character limit & photo limit.kev_pecker said:I wouldn't know where to start describing this place, luckily the owner has done it for me;'The house was conceived 10 years ago, almost to this very moment in time, and it is probably only now ready to be fully appreciated, by society today, as to what it is all about. Today, a lot of what is within this property is either unaffordable, unobtainable, or both.'
limit until this morning! 😳😂
Looking at Rightmove previously sold prices, I don't think this is their first property on the street..

They've been getting flack for it all over the place! I've seen it on reddit and twitter as well as here. Some of the room descriptions are still a bit much (such as the bathroom that is "definitely the only one of its kind in the world" - definitely? You've been to every bathroom in the world?) but at least they realised that the main description was just making them a laughing stock!lea_uk said:2 -
Flat one looks significantly more attractive outside, but flate two is much better inside, and purpose built rather than a split house, so probably better sound insulation. Can't see who would choose the first one.Gers said:

All publicity is good publicity when house selling I would say.SadieO said:
