I can't work out what is going on on the walls in picture 14. Is it wallpaper? Edit: I see now. It's the pattern of the light fittings!

His & Hers toilets - Bound to be sparks to ignite the air. Having a fire extinguisher is probably a prudent investment.

Not sure having fluorescent strip lights in most of the rooms is a good idea.

Nothing wrong with swags and pelmets, assuming one has a vacuum cleaner with a long extension pipe and dusting attachment.  The decoration in both places is unusual, very much middle-market business hotel and conference centre circa 2003.  Such decor serves a purpose in the hospitality sector, of course, but why have it in one's residence?  Perhaps both owners were seduced by the allure of the commercial and vaguely anonymous.  

The kitchen in the second one seems nonsensically lavish, too.  What does one do with all that stuff?  Do rich people eat more?  Do they insist on a 1:1 ratio between numbers of chicken legs in a packet and cookers to cook them in?
