This one has a rather strange open garden. Putting up a fence would be the first thing I'd do for that property. And get rid of the carpets in the bathroom & kitchen!

It's a semi-detached with no boundary between their two gardens. If they were elderly I guess it made sense to share gardening either in the chores or expensive of a gardener.Patr100 said:
