At around 200m and so long and thin it would be expensive to heat, but I know someone who'd love that!ellie99 said:6 bedroom detached house for sale in Saughtree Station, Newcastleton, Roxburghshire, TD9 (rightmove.co.uk)
Does anyone fancy a house complete with diesel locomotive? A lovely area to live as well.2 -
This one has a rather strange open garden. Putting up a fence would be the first thing I'd do for that property. And get rid of the carpets in the bathroom & kitchen!

Why would you put up an ugly fence when the trees/shrubs are a natural boundary ?matthew91822 said:This one has a rather strange open garden. Putting up a fence would be the first thing I'd do for that property. And get rid of the carpets in the bathroom & kitchen!

It's a semi-detached with no boundary between their two gardens. If they were elderly I guess it made sense to share gardening either in the chores or expensive of a gardener.Patr100 said:

My other half actually guessed the price - he based it on half the price of a nursing home equivalent!

Bloody hell well done him, I never manage to guess the prices.
That flat surprised me cos I thought it was dear, but half a nursing home price almost makes it seem like a bargain!Shout out to people who don't know what the opposite of in is.0 -
Those are retirement home prices, it's scary isn't it?!2
