Strange - a couple of coats of paint would have sorted that.

If you look at the  property sold history, nearby sold  prices, you will see  it there. Not brilliant pics though.

Blimey! I didn't see that at all. I think I'm missing a trick (or my eyes are playing up) as I didn't see the four letter word that is no laughing matter either. I saw a rude word, but not that sort of word.....

(for the record, I saw the word as D**K. Which I presumed was the departing tenant cocking a snoot at the landlord)

Reminds me of when someone scrached the legend 'SLAPPER' on the paintwork of a car around the corner from where we used to live. I'd have loved to have heard the backstory.

Wow, that's pretty amazing. Always find it surprising what £500k will get you across the country. 
Some newish builds near me go for more than that and I'd have to be paid to live in those.
