'The kitchen/diner provides an ideal social space for trying out new recipes on friends and family'

Not ideal if it actually want to cook something though!

It looks like they have tried to go for that 'open plan' living look without actually building a big space to put it in.  The room is big enough for a real kitchen. What were they thinking!   And the open plan living bit is so small all they can fit in is an armchair.

The mouse in pic 8 says it all.
The kitchen is better suited to a student bedsit...

    That's a utility room, not a kitchen!

Wow, the wording on that advert is really annoying. All that nonsense about playing board games and watching netflix - I can do that in any house! Nothing about this particular house makes those things more doable.

Think that the distortion caused by the lenses they use. I makes cookers and fridges look nearly twice as wide.
If you can bear the  road noise and pollution, it's relatively inexpensive  for the area,
but I don't like townhouse layouts anyway.

Particularly the absolute cobblers about 'board game and tapas evenings' in the kitchen.  There is a small breakfast bar and a single chair; there's only room enough in there for an evening spent eating salami off a saucer and playing clock patience.
