For this money and size of house wouldn't you tidy up and clean the showers? Also a lot of money for lots of bedroom space but very little living spaceI am a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Wales, Small Biz MoneySaving, In My Home (includes DIY) MoneySaving, and Old style MoneySaving boards. Looks Ok to me, seen a lot worse and as has been said before, you don't know if it has been tidied up from a more messy state .Glad said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/89055803#/

Seems to be an abundance of sofas in other places... and I would get rid of the breakfast bar for certain, get rid of the sofa in the kitchen and use the table and chairs to eat at....Glad said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/89055803#/

Uhm now if i was in a position and wanted to blow £3mill on a house I could suggest somewhere that had stairs that look much less like those found in a shopping mall perhaps this:Wren14 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/78354123#/media?id=media0&ref=photoCollage
It seems surprisingly easy to decorate a house when you only like two colours. The doors are an interesting design choice too.

Surprisingly few pics for a house of that type. Have to say, if I had that sort of money Ascot wouldn't be top of my list of desirable places. Can't be doing with that golf club, pretend country.BikingBud said:

For new build or refurb, grey is definitely the new beige.
I would still much prefer beige as a starter palette.

It might be because I've been looking on Rightmove for 6 months, but yes I am absolutely sick of grey.... everything. If there were pets in these picture they'd probably be grey too.Patr100 said:For new build or refurb, grey is definitely the new beige.
