So either it's a typo or the "from" and "to" covers a wide range!

It seems surprisingly easy to decorate a house when you only like two colours. The doors are an interesting design choice too.

"Close to the hospital" - Right next door, so you stick your head out of the back door and shout for an ambulance.. As for the aerial, found this on a bio for G2FT

Under this mast is a extensive earth mat with some 230 Y radials some out to 150 meters across neighbours gardens

Certainly interested in the outdoor railway, but the location is not great.
