Hold on, that's a twin unit residential static caravan, albeit a posh one, for £300K

"Gated private bungalow development" = "Residential mobile home park"

Look at the other "bungalows" you can see out of the windows (no external views of the one for sale)  and look at picttue one and see the vertical joint line between the two big windows showing where the two units of a twin unit static caravan join together.  And look how thin the walls are.
