Whoever took the photos was given the instruction to take 2 of each, just in case.  So really there are 16 photos rather than 32 (and so the squeegee gets onto photo 26 too).

Photo 1 (& 2😂) was ok, perhaps if taken from the other side would have given less prominence to the lamppost. For the internal photos, without fail, the 'photographer' needed to zoom out or take a few steps back. I suppose we should be grateful they are not in portrait. No floor plan either which on a house that has clearly had alterations would be a real irk if I had any interest in it.

I wonder what the back story is?

Planning permission for change of use to a house?  Wasn't it a house to start with?

Someone's abandoned project, some new plastering, some new unfinished wiring, a bathroom suite to be fitted.

Planning application suggests the previous permitted use was as offices. Looks like it was originally gatehouse to a hospital.

Planning application suggests the previous permitted use was as offices. Looks like it was originally gatehouse to a hospital.

Looking at Streetview it seems to be right at the main entrance to a modern development so I can't understand why the developers didn't do it up at the same time, surely it would give a bad impression as it is now. Odd all round, really.
