Didn't realise Nottingham was this expensive!

It is in one of the more expensive areas but it does seem overpriced. I would have expected this sort of price if it was fully renovated.

Well here's another utterly ridiculously priced flat in Bristol. I guess you're paying for the exterior here as it's nothing more than a 2-bed maisonette with a loft room. Looks dated and studenty inside. The area is alright but in the "cheap" side of the river. 

Or if you fancy living in that area, you can literally get a 4-bed end of terrace around the same

Have you seen Factory No.1 on Bedminster Parade? 2 bed flats for over £400k while on the same road you can get slightly smaller 2 bed flat for £250k with less shiny taps. It's ok though, HTB is available...

The exterior is certainly worth something. But the interior - Dull, featureless with bland doors & skirting.

Yeah these are a joke - that street is so grotty as well! Last I was there I ended up ringing an ambulance for a chap passed out on ASDA parking lot. Certainly if I had that kind of money I wouldn't be spending it on a flat in Bedminster, you can get a period flat in Clifton for that!

With an "en suite" that isn't actually an ensuite. 
Even if there is a student population to rent out to, surely better to get a house for long term investment etc.

It's not a particularly studenty area either and surely as you can get a 3-bed flat for £150k less you'd invest on that

Well, that artwork is certainly unique!
