Not only does Bristol think it is.. I think for that area - which isn't amazing but it's north of centre and not that far out, very close to Gloucester road - it will sell for near asking.General_Grant said:

As an aside - I really don't like the 3D floorplans.Hebblethwaite said:Here is another fabulous bathroom: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/102797318#/
I think I'd actually be tempted to lean into that one, by putting in a nice crisp white suite but keeping those amazing bright tiles. Perhaps accenting them somehow with another bright pop of colour in the form of the shower curtain, bath mat etc - neon pink perhaps? It would certainly be a talking point for guests!1 -
I'm not usually one for coloured bathrooms but quite like that one. Their cooker must be at least 40 years old too.Hebblethwaite said:Here is another fabulous bathroom: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/102797318#/

I love the bathroom on this one. Some of the neighbours haven’t converted the cellars. Why would you have such large cellars. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/detailMatching.html?prop=36541770&sale=70122033&country=englandHebblethwaite said:Here is another fabulous bathroom: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/102797318#/

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

The house is built on a hill. So the cellars are under the house but open onto the garden.which is a lot lower than the house.Green_hopeful said:

Possibly not all with cellars, but there are a few houses built like this in the village my brother lives in on quite steep slopesfrogglet said:

Parking space at ground level and then you go down a few steps to the house front door at a lower level .Haven't been inside any but they look a bit disorientating to me as they are quite hilly.1 -
Ooooh! They have a Frogeye Sprite!! Do you think it comes with the house? I love Frogeye Sprites....Looby_Lou said:This is the house of my dreams! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/74038791#/In fact lots of really interesting houses being sold by this estate agent - expect to lose several hours looking at them all!
