Not only does Bristol think it is.. I think for that area - which isn't amazing but it's north of centre and not that far out, very close to Gloucester road - it will sell for near asking.

As an aside - I really don't like the 3D floorplans.

I'm not usually one for coloured bathrooms but quite like that one. Their cooker must be at least 40 years old too.

The house is built on a hill. So the cellars are under the house but open onto the garden.which is a lot lower than the house.

Possibly not all with cellars, but there are a few houses built like this in the village my brother lives in on quite steep slopes
Parking space at ground level and then you go down a few steps to the house front door at a lower level .Haven't been inside any but they look a bit disorientating to me as they are quite hilly.
