Each to their own I guess, but that house does absolutely nothing for me, far too much like living in a greenhouseLooby_Lou said:This is the house of my dreams! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/74038791#/In fact lots of really interesting houses being sold by this estate agent - expect to lose several hours looking at them all!7 -

What's the purpose of a room with 2 hand basins and nothing else? Could turn that into an ensuite and making a door from the front bedroom.newlywed said:

Find that price bizarre. There's a property (though 2 bed) down the same road sold 4 years ago, in a similar state sold for £277k https://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/detailMatching.html?prop=59940602&sale=89054778&country=england
It must be that street as just 0.15 miles away is this property which needs little doing to it was on the market for £250k https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/73547748#/2 -
The two sinks are, I believe, a 'his and hers' arrangement. In the past it was considered unhygienic to have the toilet in the same room as the washing facilities so, in the absence of a bath, the only thing the room needed was a sink (or two)!od244051 said:
