105 photos for  2 bed flat! And I thought the rightmove ad was bad.

Well, that artwork is certainly unique!
Also spotted this "NB. In accordance with Section 21 of the Estate Agent Act 1979, we declare that there is a personal interest in the sale of this property. The property is being sold by a member of staff within Maple Estate & Letting Agents Ltd."

Edit: also just spotted the whip and mirror on the ceiling in pic 25

Good spot - you would have thought member of staff would have been able to market it a bit more effectively!

LOL!! That was my first thought too. Actually, I think the overall impression is weirdly dated. It's like being in a 1980s pop video.

Supposedly that's what some airbnb owners find their properties have been used for anyway, so why not market it more effectively...
