Been on the market for more than 2 years, i'd say there's been a death of interest 

Realistically, if none of the utility/telecoms companies are interested, it's not going to sell.

I think Glasgow Harbour is the worst affected of the private developments in Scotland with cladding - everyone's been paying for a walking watch.
As for the other two, I expect they're compliant with building regs since they're relatively recent newbuild/conversions.

Awful photos. Love the photo 25 - showing the delights of a grotty squeegee.
Also who is stupid enough to hang out washing when there's snow and 2 when a photographer its taking photos
Then don't conceal the car's reg plate then to show it the next!
