At least we know who panic bought all the toilet roll.MaryNB said:Unfortunately so many of the houses like this in the area don't allow for the easy installation of an upstairs bathroom and I really don't think this was a solution...

I don't think they'll get too far off their offer. The houses in that block having been going SSTC at around the £300k mark recently and they haven't had to wait that long - £290k, £310k, £300k (this one went SSTC pretty quickly after dropping the price). Obviously not necessarily the price they will finally sell at but I can't imagine many sellers accepting a low ball offer after just a few weeks. The most recently sold one I can find went for £270k in June. Granted all those houses have corridors to the bathroom but it's not a massively expensive job.Deleted_User said:

Nah. They are amateurs. Back in March last year, I had over 130 rolls stashed in various cupboards (most purchased in December 2019). Still got over 100 rollsmoneysavinghero said:

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

The usual layout has them going up the other way, so that there could be a corridor to that rear room.0 -

I've a horrible feeling that the historians of the future will look back upon the now present and conclude that, for a few years between 2018 and 2023, man lost the ability to take colour photographs.edgex said:8 -
