I was interested in finding out if there was a floorplan anywhere. It was previously listed on Rightmove in 2022, but still no floorplan and a photo of that toilet from exactly the same angle. I don't know if that was an attempt at a sale (unsuccessful if so as not sold since 2013), or a previous rental.
