EDIT: I can't find the house on Streetview with confidence. The most recent Streetview images seem to be from March 2009. The road and area itself look like just a not too expensive area to me. I think it might be the house with the brown garage door and brown gate. Though, those have been painted/replaced. Or is the gate just open?
EDIT: Now confirmed as no 16. In 2020, the internal decoration was much simpler. Nothing to write home about, but to be honest if I was actually buying I would prefer the simpler (but nice to my eyes) decoration here:

This was until a few years ago local to me and I wondered what the internals were like, it had been the address for a designers business if if I recall .
Bit of a push to call it a one bedroom house but given London prices it might still make an affordable workspace someone could crash out in as well.
