Yeah pretty pricey even for London. Historically a road of famous residents and since 1972, Jimmy Page (ex Led Zeppelin)
outbidding David Bowie.

I had a look at streetview to see what the blue plaque on the house next door said - it's not anyone I've heard of though!

I just searched for Manor Park planning. It is in Newham planning.  I searched for the postcode in the planning search. Once you find one reference to that property you can click on property history. It didn’t come up straight away but eventually after a bit of clicking I found the planning history.

I hope the links will work. Sometimes you have to look around a bit. I think the house is 2D but the planning is mostly under 2. 

Thanks. Those links work better for me than what I found before (don't have the link). Previously I tried searching on the postcode and had 0 results no matter what I tried.

Looking at the sale price, and the asking rent rounded to 50k, that would be a 12% gross yield. I think that 7% is more common these days, which would be roughly 30k a month. I wonder if the original 50k was plausible, and if yields are higher for up-market properties.

The music centre probably pre-existing both the death and rebirth of vinyl. 

For the living room ceiling, I'm taking a wild, wild, guess that it's a textured ceiling and the darker patterns are shadows. Not mould.
