Oh that's lovely! If ever there was a wee hoose with potential it's that. There's some wonderful furniture in situ. Particularly like those dining chairs.

But absolutely no garden at the back. Front garden isn't really big enough to do much with.

Oh I don't know. There's a fair bit of space at the front I think. Enough to make a pretty little courtyard style garden from anyway.

Replace those awful energy wasting single glazed lattice windows with A rated uPVC d/g units. Those roof tiles look well past it so replace with deep red coloured interlocking concrete tiles. Try and "straighten up" that "lean" and try and do something about all that timber facing
