I think not - or, at least, I'm not sure.  A plant seems to be visible as a reflection but otherwise not obviously reflecting what is beneath.  

The ceiling is definitely reflecting the carpet and the door and looks to be over the bed though our point of view will not show the bed in the mirror.

But how does the mirror know Mario is there?!?!?!?!?!?

The walls don't look to be very thick - Bet it is ruddy cold in the winter and darned expensive to heat.
