I used to visit a colleague in a similar house on the same road decades ago - when academic salaries stretched to such places - but it was rather more the shabby side of chic!

They are very superior felines, especially the black one.

I think the ‘saloon’ is the wine cellar?

Lovely house. I live in Birmingham and Moseley is a nice part of it. Believe me, there are not many of those in Birmingham.

Appallingly bad pictures with an extreme fish-eye lens throughout this advert but picture 10 might be the worst attempt at an "artistic" picture I've seen.

According to Google no listing on Rightmove has ever contained the phrase "quick access to Rhyl", or "easy access to Rhyl".

We shouldn't laugh though. after 10 years of global warming maybe we'll all wish we had a holiday home in Rhyl to rent out to Spaniards escaping the 50° summer heat
