Looks like a lads pad with rooms for the kids. Lots of TVs and a desk in the living room.

The owner of the Lynx aftershave can't manage to close that drawer under the bed either.

What "delights" lurk within....

Also note the plastic cable trunking to the bathroom fan. Finest Carrara marble with PVC detailing

Brings it just below 700k which may be more people's set limit when searching on Rightmove vs the next increment up.

Oh that's lovely! If ever there was a wee hoose with potential it's that. There's some wonderful furniture in situ. Particularly like those dining chairs.

But absolutely no garden at the back. Front garden isn't really big enough to do much with.

It is nice - I love the Belfast sink, but I did think that room was a downstairs toilet when I saw the photo of just the sink. Is there a back garden at all? 

I don’t like the way you have to walk through the bedroom to the bathroom (by the look of the floor plan). 

but it has a downstairs toilet so bedroom 1's "needs" in the middle of the night would be better than many properties of that era with only a downstairs bathroom accessed via a long walk through kitchen etc where both bedrooms may need it at the same time !

LOL, I wonder if the deeds stipulate that the local WI has access to the "hobby room" rent free?

Intriguing someone went to the expense of a spiral staircase to the basement when there was already a stairway to it. Open plan into dining room looks like a recipe for cold draughts

The walls don't look to be very thick - Bet it is ruddy cold in the winter and darned expensive to heat.

what struck me is the metal railings on entrance door and window 
live in the cold in your mini fortress afraid of what? the locals?

That is (mostly) lovely. I could live without the 'saloon'.

I used to visit a colleague in a similar house on the same road decades ago - when academic salaries stretched to such places - but it was rather more the shabby side of chic!

They are very superior felines, especially the black one.
