When I moved into my current house, not having lived in a property without gas hobs for decades, I was a bit concerned about the induction hob. E.g. for cost. But, it seems to be working well. My electricity bill for my last month - total - for three people in this house was £68. I don't know how much of that is induction hob.
Back on topic (though I personally am not surprised for this thread to cover aspects of houses).
Is this actually a home? It looks like a converted horse box to me.

lady1964 said:On the subject of gas vs induction hobs, I always preferred a gas one until we bought our current house five years ago and there was an induction hob in situ. I had no option but to use it and buy new saucepans but when we replaced our kitchen, it was the only thing I kept.I love my induction hob and wouldn’t change it to anything else. It’s so easy to keep clean, so simple to use and no risk of burning your fingers and it’s quick too. Yes, you have to have specific pans that you can’t always buy cheaply but I bought a cheap set from Amazon and they’re still going strong although one will need replacing at some point. If we ever move and there isn’t an induction hob in place, it would be one of the first things I’d get if possible.0

but a little strong for my tastes with the possible exception of the blue bedroom. I could snuggle down in that I think.

"This "class A" property is full of substance. It's eclectic interior design has clearly been influenced by Molly and Charlie.
Creative renovation has been cut with high quality details.
With a 200sqm floorplan, your furniture will certainly be spaced out. As is typical for Victorian properties, the ceilings are as high as a kite.
If you're looking for a home that will expand your mind, why not take a trip for an early viewing.
