Amazing that the refurbers/flippers are still fitting gas hobs, when induction is now so readily available.1 -

Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.1 -
Yeah many people who currently have gas hobs are really sceptical of induction until they've had to use one for a few weeks, and also assume they're much more expensive than gas hobs to run.
Developers need to sell the property rather than make good purchasing decisions for you though

The Cumbrian coast is a real hidden gem (thankfully). I like the Morecambe Bay end where that house is situated but even better is the Bowness on Solway end. The salt marshes are a wonderful habitat and the views across the Solway to the Galloway hills are spectacular. We seriously considered a couple of houses up there (one near Port Carlisle and another near Silloth). Lovely part of the world!

Two current listings in the luxurious borough of Lewisham.Well, this needs work! Looks like it’s been recently lived in… but it’s also in a very poor state. Spot the pile of records, whisky bottle, ashtray:

There’s probably money to be made on refurbishing / converting it.
Much more potential than this, which I’m guessing is built on the site of some old garages or mid-terrace garden:
