Refurbished but not finished...

The house is not at the top of a white cliff. But, is there any danger of erosion there?Grizebeck said:When is close to close!!

This (auction) starting price possibly factors in the cost of a complete refurb.0 -
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/147572060 - A bit further away from the beach today. Given time, the sea will come to you like it did for other properties nearby. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c9e52y03zm7oGrizebeck said:When is close too close!!

The property does require modernisation and would consequently suit a respectful buyer seeking to honour the unique context and sentimental meaning
Does that translate to: we hacked it around to fit different family sizes over many years and it now it all needs putting right?0 -

Certainly quirky. Hard to tell how much of that is "time warp" and how much might be more recent quirky choices. I wonder what that is hanging from the ceiling in Pic 9 and I don't understand how the (nightmare) roof drains. Does it just pour from the centre gully onto the balcony? Oh, and a spot the cat.daivid said:Quirky and partially time warp property https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/148649225#/?channel=RES_BUY
. The bright turquoise reminded me of when I was a teenager in the 60s. I wanted my bedroom in that colour. My parents were happy to oblige. I think my husband would like this house, it’s got a little monkey puzzle tree in the garden. 0
