The house is not at the top of a white cliff. But, is there any danger of erosion there?

Not really there due to the steep shingle bank

It's a big lovely bunch. Be an interesting place to live and doesn't even get busy in the summer . Be lively in the winter storms

Other 2 bed/ 2 bath flats in that block have gone for £450000/£500000.

This (auction) starting price possibly factors in the cost of a complete refurb.

Certainly quirky.  Hard to tell how much of that is "time warp" and how much might be more recent quirky choices.  I wonder what that is hanging from the ceiling in Pic 9 and I don't understand how the (nightmare) roof drains.  Does it just pour from the centre gully onto the balcony?  Oh, and a spot the cat.

I spotted the cat . The bright turquoise reminded me of when I was a teenager in the 60s.  I wanted my bedroom in that colour.  My parents were happy to oblige.  I think my husband would like this house, it’s got a little monkey puzzle tree in the garden.
